Fundraising and Sponsorship
We are very grateful to the Abbots Langley Tough Ten for their donation of £500. This donation will go towards a Christmas Pantomime. This year we hope to raise enough funds to be able to pay for all members. These trips have proved very enjoyable in the past and we hope to be able to restart this tradition.
We were successful in our bid of £250.00 for new karoake equipment. We would like to thank Sara Bedford for this grant which has meant that we have been able to purchase new microphones, a bluetooth speaker and some much needed up to date CDs. - Looking forward to our next Karoake
Our fund raising stratergy is very important to the survival of our club to ensure that we can continue to provide the activities we are involved in over the coming year, 2016.
The Management, Members and Helpers would like to thank everyone who supported us over the period of 2015, be it finantial or physical, thier help has made our club what it is and where we are today.
In 2015 the club raised £7498.00 and spent on our members £8223.00 taking £725.00 out of our reserves still leaving a healthy bank balance, but still need to carry on fund raising for 2016 so that we can carry on doing what we do for them.
